Position: Maintenance Manager

Reporting to: Operation Director

Location: Jinan Shandong Province

Responsibility:

1. To implement and follow all maintenance process activities as per maintenance manual.

2. Responsible for all plant production equipment, tools, consumables/spare parts, maintenance and inventory management.

3. Establish an efficient maintenance team, reasonable arrangements for maintenance of technology, responsible for the maintenance work.

4. To discover and solve processing error or equipment failure and accidents, elimination of equipment, safety problems, do a good job security equipment and other facilities.

5. Deliver training, arrangements, guidance to maintenance team and the factory staff carry out regular inspection of various machinery and equipment maintenance, to do well TPM.

6. Familiar with the drawings, the development of operational plans, steps to complete the maintenance

Requirements:

1. Responsible for planning, participation in existing and new mechanical equipment installation and modification.

2. Responsible for new product development to prepare equipment and machinery.

3. Responsible for the production process safety, fire, sanitation inspection, to put forward views and rectification to report to production manager.

4. To assist the production manager to carry out accident investigation, and implement improvement measures.

5. Implement the quality system of advance work, and implement staff training.

6. Any other tasks as may be assigned by production manager from time to time.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor education degree with Machinery, Engineering major.

2. 8 working years in maintenance and at least 5+ experience on a managerial role.

3. Sufficient knowledge and practice in TPM.

4. Good English speaking.

5. Problem solving skill.
