Job Responsibility:

1. In charge of sourcing all kinds of MRO parts and annual service.

2. Obtain competitive quotation. Make sure suppliers to understand RFQ condition and term as well as ender user’s criteria. Shorten quotation lead time to meet ender user’s target.

3. Execute purchasing agreement to manage Non inventory purchase order, timely updates related information and status.

4. Supplier development, evaluation and management.

5. Issue monthly related report.

6. Contract negotiation and conclusion.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree, proficient in English and computer literate.

2. Possess customer service concept, interpersonal skill.

3. Mature, Detail Oriented, Sense of responsibility, urgency and ownership.

4. International company experience preferred.

5. Minimum 3 year working experience in the field of supply chain.

6. Good contract negotiation skil.

7. Extensive knowledge in sourcing of MRO parts.

8. ERP basics knowledge.
