Job Duties:

• Lead and support new project to make sure project can be implemented on time.

• Drive optimization of the RSCC supply chain process within lean principles to enhance the service level & profitability level.

• Design and optimize warehouse layout also relative logistic facilities.

• Work with HQ to implement new warehouse project in China, lead sub-project to make sure project on time implementation.

• Lead and support project implementation in warehouse to improve the customer service level.

• Support to improve productivity in warehouse with lean concept, also support to improve visual management in workshop.

• Work with HQ to make sure project can implement in local smoothly.

• Follow up and evaluate the result of improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in logistic management, industrial engineering major etc.

• 3-5 years working experience in logistics project or lean promotion.

• Be familiar with lean promotion in logistic or production.

• Supply chain knowledge.

• Good project management skill.

• Good analytical skill.

• Fluent English both on speaking and writing.

• Very good skill in MS office (excel and PPT).

• Good knowledge in warehouse management system, basic knowledge in ERP system.
