Job discription - Responsible for leading, developing and maintaining IQE&IQC team.
- Responsible for developing, revising, and maintaining quality standards for materials, Solving quality engineering problems in effective ways.
- Evaluate and assist in the selection of suppliers for new project during Quote, Prototype, TP, MP.
- Assess supplier's production and quality procedure.
- Develops supplier capability (including necessary training), establishes reporting system of in-process and final inspection and test results to Bitron for critical parts.
- Reviews product design with supplier to ensure quality and reliability objectives are met.
- In conjunction with the design engineers and the supplier engineers, determine the process goals for products for critical parts.
- Deal with IQC incoming issues and production line issues with 8D.
- Building and implementation annual supplier audit plan.
Requirement - Rich experience in supplier quality management and improvement(PCBA factory is better).
- Good knowledge of components, such as PCB, Plastic parts, Die-casting components, stamping and metal sheet.
- Soundly solid internal (Manufacture)/external (Supplier factory) audit/qualification experience (e.g. QSA,QPA, ISO…) in various factories, including customer or the 3rd party partner.
- Good team management experience.
- Good knowledge of ROHs and REACH.
- MSA, SPC is must, but Six sigma is a plus.
