Responsibilities:
- Provides effective leadership to the project team ensuring that team members are motivated and developing their skills and experience.
- Manage and coordinate all departments in the factory involved with the introduction of a new product.
- Develop a partnership with the customer in order to reach expected economics result or more new projects.
- Create customer - factory interface to maximize result of offer-request process
- Keep the relation with others sector of factory that can be involved in the project as example the R&D team of headquarter.
- Estimates and monitors costs, timescales and resource requirements for the successful completion of each project to agreed terms of reference.
- Business development (search new business opportunities).
- Promote application and improvement of internal project management/procedure.
- Promote/manage cost reduction activities.
- Report activities status to company management.
Qualifications:
- English language (must)
- Knowledge of office SW (must)
- Product development process (must)
- Former experience in automotive related business(must)
- Electronics knowledge (plus)
- Mechanical knowledge (plastic and metal parts, design and production) (plus)
- Electronics production/testing processes (plus)
