Job Description: - Make project schedule, follow up project progress and complete and release project on time.
- Lead project team to setup production line and individual machines to meet production requirement.
- Use of modern quality tools to accompany R&D and IE projects, statistical tolls like 6Sigma.
- Work close with production and engineering department to research and develop manufacturing equipment concept and optimize product process.
- Risk management skill for project cost, time and quality.
Job requirements: - Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and perform effectively in a fast-paced matrixed environment.
- Clear and strategic thinker.
- Capable of handling multiples projects/initiatives simultaneously and executing to completion.
- Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can effectively work with all levels of a global matrixed organization.
- Strong English skill.
