我们的客户是济南一家知名外资企业，生产机械零部件。

岗位职责：

• 机加工过程规划设计；Machining concept and specification design;
• 工装夹具设计；Fixture design;
• 制定刀具方案并对现有刀具进行优化；Design machining tools concept;
• 编制加工程序,设备系统包括FUNAC及SIEMENS，并能在程序中使用宏指令以符合公司    程序调试标准；Create machining programs for FUNAC and SIEMENS system machines, using macro to standard the programs;
• 熟练操作 PROE-NC 及 NC simulation 模块进行程序模拟；Excellent knowledge of PROENC and NC simulation to finish machine simulation works;
• 协助调试程序（了解设备性能及工装方案，能够根据设备及装夹方案进行程序调      整）； Setup program together with technicians according to machine and fixture status;
• 在 TDM 系统创建刀具调卡； Creating tools setup information in TDM system;
• 程序优化。Optimizing programs.

任职要求：

• At least Bachelor degree;
• Effective mechanical knowledge;
• Effective knowledge of machining machines;
• With good knowledge in machining program,tools and process parameter;
• Language:good level English;
• IT skills: Excellent office software,PROE,NC simulation.
