Responsibility

-Communicate with the die-casting workshop and die-casting mould supplier to further improve the mould specification.

-Participate in the part and tool discussion with the die–casting mould supplier from the technical side.

-Participate the Die-casting mould design review for the outsourced moulds.

-Check the sampling report for the key dimensions which will influence the mould life time.

-Analyze the mould problems during the debugging phase and provide the solutions accordingly.

-Work closely with the mould buyer for any other technical issues.

Qualification

-Bachelor or above in relevant technology

-Good knowledge of die casting mould design

-Good experience in mould flow analysis

-Extensive practical knowledge of tool making

-Experience in outsourcing mould projects is preferred

-Good at cooperation and communication in team work

-Languages:

·English (Advanced Level) good spoken English.

-Computer skills

·Work with 3D software PROE or similar software like UG.
