Responsibility:

-Deal with the quality issues and complaints happened on the production line and quality department.

-Develop the old supplier and survey the new supplier.

-Do the Kaizen on the supplier site and help the supplier to solve the quality issue and process improvement.

-Control the DPPM of the supplier's parts and co-work with the supplier about the 4D&8D.

-Technology and drawing review with the R&D and purchase team.

-Test calibration between the supplier and quality department.

-Finish the new supplier survey audit and process audit to the dedicated supplier.

-Communicate with quality department, R&D and production line to coordinate and solve the emergency.

-Execution of advanced product quality planning (APQP) projects.

-Systematic evaluation of suppliers’ performance and deriving corresponding corrective measures.

Qualification:

-At least Bachelor degree, Master degree is preferable.

-Mechanical Engineering, Die-casting, Machining or relevant Major.
-Work Experience:
 At least 3 years work experience in industrial area and a foreign enterprise is preferred. 
 At least 2 years work experience in quality assurance. 
-Skills: 
 High quality awareness.
 Familiar with quality methods and tools. 
 Basic knowledge of measuring methods and devices. 
 Ability to carry out supplier audits. 
 Good skills for self-organization.
 Systematic working approach.
 Decision making capability.

 Good communication skills.
 Fluent in English both speaking and writing.  
 Good Microsoft Office software skills. 
 SAP knowledge is preferred.
