我们的客户是青岛一家知名外资汽车零部件企业。

1. 总体负责工厂的操作和生产全过程 。
   Overall responsibility for operations and production at both plants (1 & 2).
2. 合理利用人力，提高生产力。 Manpower utilization & productivity.
3. 根据客户订单制定生产计划，并做提前预测。
   Production schedules as per customers orders & forecast.
4. 管理库存：负责货物和仓库的管理。Inventory management –
   control on stocks, warehouse management
5. 过程设计和改进，计划布局，冶具和夹具设计与开发。
   Process planning, improvement, plant layout, jigs and fixture design & development.
6. 根据生产要求，选择合适的刀具和耗材等。
   Selection of cutting tools, consumables etc for the manufacturing requirements
7. 保证售出的产品质量。Quality of products sold.
8. 控制生产成本。Control on cost of manufacture.
9. 规划和实现生产能力的平稳增加。
   Production capacity planning and implement capacity increase/balancing.
10. 就材料需求和购进，组织采购、物流、仓库和生产四部门的会议。
   Organize meeting between Purchasing/Logistic/Warehouse/Production on material requirement & availability.
11. 新产品的检验，协助工程师开发新产品。
   New products trials and support Engineering in the implementation of New developments
12. 根据公司的规定，在生产过程中严格遵照质量体系。
   Implementation of Quality Systems in the manufacturing as decided by the company
13. 准备和执行年度维护计划Prepare & execute annual plant maintenance plan.
14. 参加安全委员会。Participate in Safety Committee.
15. 根据上级的要求，定期提交管理报告。
   Submit periodic MIS reports as required by the supervisor and management
16. 上级分配的其它工作。
   Any other work as determined and assigned by the Superiors/Leaders or the management of the company

岗位要求：
1. 8年以上外资机械或汽车零部件企业工作经验，至少3年企业运营管理经验。
2.工科背景，对机加工，铸造等技术有一定了解。
3.良好的统筹规划能力和沟通协调能力。
4.英文流利。
