Job Title:  Lean Engineer

Job responsibility:
1.Study standard production hours and balance each of working process, and build IE
 module for all production lines.
2.Layout drawing preparation and optimization. Coordinate with other departments to 
optimize manufacturing layout.
3.Operations budget planning and controlling.
4.Operation cost analysis and actions follow up.
5.Implement Lean concept in manufacturing to meet operation targets.
6.Coordinate and initiate the operational excellence projects which contribute to quality/ 
delivery/cost/productivity of the whole operation.
7.Set objectives, coach subordinates and evaluate their performance.
 
Job requirement:
1. Bachelor's degree in IE or related subjects, minimum 5 years' work experience and 2
years as Lean Engineer. 
2. Solid knowledge and experience of Lean/CI and problem solving. 
3. Project management skill. 
4. English - good at reading and writing, listening and speaking ability will be preferred.
