Purpose / Mission
Implement the Project Management strategy and process by organizing project team activities in order to improve performance of project management continuously. Coach the project manger and take leader for the corporation strategy projects, to be sure the success of engineering change management and documents management in GPC-Jinan. Consolidate the whole team qualification and improve the competition of corporation.
Key Accountabilities
Impact on Business (i.e. business contribution, nature and scope of responsibility, risk and financial management, strategic/tactical/operative responsibility)
· Lead and drive the project office to carry out the projects or new project development according to project strategy and business development and ensure that achievement of project goals about time, scope, quality, budget constraints.
· To be sure the team development and succession.
· Layout the project priority according to the strategy requirement of corporation.
· No delay to production caused by Design change management
· No mistakes and delay to production caused by documents management
Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved, improvement of processes, systems or products)
· Create and Optimize the project management process such as NEP-project/CP project and SA application project
· Develop the Project office team and improve the competency of team.
Communication with internal and/or external Customers, Suppliers as well as Third Parties (indicate nature and context of client relationship and service delivery, required communication skills, frequency of communication (i.e. infrequent =few times a year, occasional= few times a month, frequent= regular but not daily, continuous= daily)
· Every department as well as managers within the firm:
Regular team meeting to share information and exchange about the drawbacks, questions of each department
· Occasionally discuss about project review meeting and identify the problems & challenge of each project, support the project manager to finish the project within constraint conditions.
· Occasionally attend the KON Team meeting and communicate with cross function team and department manager.
· Regular meeting with product lifecycle management and standards dept. to discuss ECM process.
People Leadership (i.e. management, motivation and development of staff as well as teamwork)
· Lead and direct team of project office team to ensure that the team’s resources are used effectively and that work schedules and targets are met.
· Evaluate the staff by means of a qualification matrix, which is continuously adjusted to the demands, and create training plans in cooperation with HR to further develop the team.
· Coach and mentor team member to help to improve and development, check the quality of their work and help them resolve problems.
· lead and motive cross function team to achieve the target of projects
· Have capacity to lead 10 Team members and 80 cross function team members.
· Responsible for developing the project office team and evaluate the performance of project office team
· Take leader for corporation strategy projects of focusing on product realization and process optimize as well as market extending.
Requirement
Technical university degree or MBA
Work Experience:
1) At least three or four years work experiences in project management .
