Policies and Procedures
Develop and monitor the implementation of quality related documents (incl.QIP, FAA) of assigned products in order to control supplier part quality.
Quality Control - SQM (Supplier Quality Management)
Manage supplier part quality and make quality improvement plan and take action.
Carry out supplier quality process audit and track the improvement of the findings.
Manage supplier and evaluate supplier performance.
Charge of FAA, PPAP and so on.
Coordinate with relevant dept to handle nonconforming part in time.
Make incoming inspection plan and inspection instruction, and take it action.
Follow up supplier responsible complaint.
Make and carry out work plan, report summary and improvement report termly.
In order to reach company requirements to suppliers quality management.
REQUIREMENTS
Junior college degree or above in science or industry.
5+ years supplier quality management or related experiences.
