Our client is a famous German-owned large industrial automation company in Jinan.
Key responsibilities:
· Analyse, interpret data and processes.
· Revision of process documentation
· Seeking out new ways to improve the supply chain processes
· Implement improvements for the supply chain.
· Establishes and implements performance measures.
·Investigates process gaps, finds root causes, and develops solution alternatives.
· Coordination within RSC/GPC Jinan for internal Supply Chain Projects
· Plan, control and conduct Supply Chain projects on-site and within the World-wide organisation
·Plan and develop new business processes in the Logistics under consideration of standard process
· Planning and Modification of Warehouse layouts
·Project work like creation of schedules, controlling and coordination of resources and contents
· Training of employees
· Acts as interface for the projects with the local IT department
· Project based support in selecting external logistics providers
Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements/Competencies:
· Analytical, decision making and communications skills are important
·PC literate ( Microsoft Office ), especially Excel, Microsoft Visio an advantage
· SAP knowledge (preferable)
· Self- and resource management together with good planning skills
· Very good English language skills (Speaking and Writing)
·Job Experience as project engineer, best case in the Logistics environment
·Willingness to be a reliable partner in international projects in the Festo World
· International and Domestic travel may be required
·IE experience is preffered. |
