Our client is a famous foreign enterprise in auto parts industry in Qingdao.

Position Title: Process Quality Engineer

Overall Purpose of Job:
·Assure the machining process meet company quality system requirement.
·Assure the machining products meet the customer requirements.

Major responsibilities:
·Process quality control according to the PFD, PFMEA, control plan; MSA analysis and SPC  

study on key characteristic; update the PFMEA and control plan according to customer 

feedback and process update or new issue occurred.
·Process audit and product audit regularly.
·Follow up the final product inspection and dock audit for every delivery.
·Non-conformity supplier report with analysis due to process findings.
·Work closely with engineering department to update the document on new released drawing.
·Daily process checking and make the necessary report to manager and support process quality 

  inspectors on their work.
·Train the operators to improve their quality skill and knowledge.
·Work with SQE for supplier quality improvement per quality issue observed in  machining   

process.
·Other assignments by manager.

Education and experience:
·Mechanical engineering at bachelor level or equivalent.
·Minimum 5 years overall professional experience on mechanical manufacture, at least 3 years 

working experience on machining process or PQE–iron machining field.
·Working experience on SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc.
·Good computer knowledge to be familiar with new application software quickly.
