Our client is a famous European owned enterprise in electronicas industry in Qingdao.
Job Duty:
-Be responsible for technical sales training about Omni-ID tag and solution system application, technical customer facing presentations, troubleshooting and technical support within China area.
- Provide both pre- and post sale technical support to Chinese end-users and Omni-ID Chinese Channel Partners. This position services product sales support for partner´s professional field reps (including product training, RFP/RFQ support, customer site calls to close deals on Sales, Services, Customized Product etc.)
- Additional responsibilities include tag commercialization, various market Intelligence related tasks including for example competitive analysis, identifying sales and partnering opportunities.
- The TSE will work very closely with OIDC Team, Omni-ID UK and Solution team. -Responsible of delivering the 2nd tier support for agreed product lines (both hardware and software products)
-Responsible of identifying and proposing best technical product and service solutions for customer projects
-Support the local implementation of a scalable, global channel partner program to successfully promote volume sales in range of RFID tag and software solutions
-Responsible for communicating analyzed customer needs and detailed competitive analysis to Global Product design team
-Organize and execute Chinese customer trainings, seminars and events as business need.
Requirment:
-Must have suitable technical education and be eligible to work in Qingdao or Shanghai
-Must have proven track record and suitable working experience as a technical sales engineer or product marketing executive
-Seasoned electrical engineer or software product specialist with min. 3 to 5 years in similar positions
-Able to adopt the understanding of different technologies and propose solutions suitable for the customers
-Excellent understanding of Microsoft platforms and networks, knowledge of wireless/mobile technologies is a must
-Experience with educational software solutions and educational marketplace is a huge plus |
