职位:猎头顾问
Job Duties:
1. Independently handle the mandate from client, thorough and in depth communication
with clients to understand visible and invisible information about the client and
the position. 2. Identify target candidates, make phone calls, screen and interview candidates,
present candidates profiles to clients according to client requirements. 3. Help client to arrange interviews and solve all conflicts and problems during the
process. 4. Proactively involve in offer negotiation, make reference checks. 5. Provide add value service to client before / in / after the recruitment process. 6. Monitor Research Consultant or Associate Consultant to set up target company
lists and full mapping strategies. 7. Develop and maintain good relationships with candidates, provide career
development advice. 8. Design and implement business development and marketing strategies that are
consistent with company position and corporate objectives. 9. Develop and maintain good business relationships with clients within the assigned
field. 10. Contribute to the business development with major business leaders and partners
within the assigned field.
Job Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor or above degrees in engineering/ business management. 2. Character: passionate and self motivated, smart, fast-paced, reasonable
aggressive, highly energetic and result driven, open-minded, strong sense of
responsibility. 3. At least 3 years working experience in industrial automation, electronics
manufacturing, machinery industry, headhunting background or sales marketing
experience are preferred. 4. Communication: possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, like to
make cold calls to unknown people. 5. Desire and ambition to business success, able to influence, manage and work
collaboratively with cross business teams and geographies, strong business sense. 6. Able to handle rejections, willing to face challenges and able to work under
pressure 7. English and computer skills: Good English in both written & spoken, skillful in
computer operation.
工作职责:
1.独立负责客户委托的招聘项目,与客户充分沟通,分析职位需求,必要时为客户提供一定的咨
询或引导; 2.通过各种渠道访寻候选人或者指导研究员完成初步的访寻工作; 3.面试和甄选候选人,根据客户的需求和特点,推荐合适的候选人; 4.协调安排客户面试,及时解决面试过程中遇到的问题; 5.协调薪酬谈判和录用通知书的签署,并根据客户要求进行候选人背景调查; 6.候选人入职前、中、后的跟踪服务,并为候选人提供相应的职业发展建议; 7.与客户和候选人保持良好关系,了解市场动态,寻找和挖掘客户信息,进行业务拓展。
任职要求:
1.本科及以上学历; 2.至少三年以上在汽车零部件,电子,机械行业工作经验,有猎头从业经验或市场销售背景的优
先; 3.具备优秀的人际沟通能力,思维缜密,关注细节; 4.成熟稳重,能够承受较大的工作压力,具有高度的责任感; 5.善于学习,结果导向,自我要求严格。 |
