Position Requirements |
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES: · Develop and implement the process quality control management systems in operation, including procedures and WI for inspection. · Support New Product Introduction quality planning (APQP) and PPAP. · Coordinate for specific products across quality functions. · Drive for process continual improvement activities. · Perform diagnosis, trouble shooting, analysis and RCCA using quality tools and statistical techniques. · Responsible for cost of poor quality by promoting quality cost concepts and awareness among the VS. · Provide product, process and quality related tool trainings to VS members. · Promote product reliability and safety among the VS. · Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering zero defect products to customer. · Support ISO/TS internal/external audits and customer related audits.
EXPERIENCE: · Minimum 3 years of operational experience in quality management. · Hands-on working experience with ISO/TS core tools such as SPC, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, MSA, etc. · Experience in related manufacturing or assembly processes. PROFILE: · Minimum College Graduate in Engineering related discipline. · Strong quality mindset and process improvement focused. · Effective communication skills and executive presence with bilingual language. · Good computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office. · ISO certified auditor. · Certified Quality Engineer, preferable. · Certified Six Sigma Belt, preferable. · Lean enterprise skills, preferable. |
