Educational Requirements
· University degree in Electronics/Mechanical.
· Good English communication skill
· Good at Office software, especially Excel.
Job experience and Skills
· About 2 years relevant work experience in supplier quality management.
· Good communication skills and team work spirit,
· Problem analysis and solving skills
· Quality skills and production experience
· Good knowledge of electronic components
· Good knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
· Knowledge of plastic injection and terminal process is preferred.
Main Job Assignments
· Solve the material problems, define the short-term and long-term actions and follow up it.
· Supplier Quality charts and reports.
· Support on new project implementation.
· Assistant to supplier sourcing, development and qualification.
· Maintain (create/update) incoming inspection plans, and well organize the record.
· Keep and improve the quality level with supplier.
· Keep and maintenance the supplier relationship,
· KPI: Supplier line rejection PPM, Occurrence quantity, etc.
