Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Educational Requirements:

·University degree
·English Level - Advanced;


Job Experience and Skills:


·Electronic Manufacturing Process and Quality System Knowledge;
·Production Planning skills.
·Knowledge and Skills in SAP, Word, Excel, Powerpoint;
·Excellence in Relationship and Leadership;
·Lean Manufacturing and Quality Control Circles;
·Critical Analisys and Decision capacity skills;
·College Degree in Automation, Electronic or related major;
·At least 3 years experience managing team.
·Technical Skills in Maintenance;
·Experience as Coacher;
·Flexibility to Work in different shifts;
·Knowledge in Motivational Programs;
·Clear mind, opened to new ideas and improvements.


Main Job Assignments:

·Production Planing, execution and follow up.
·Develop and implement work procedures;
·Develop and implement trainings based on the production requirements;
·Coordinate annual training plan;
·Assure development and qualification of Operators;
·Implement Motivational Programs as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, Suggestion Box, ....;
·Participation in SOP´s creation;
·Anomaly Analisys, take corrective and preventive actions.
