Our client is a famous foreign enterprise in auto mobile parts industry.
Job Title: Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
1.Find develop and nurture trusting relationships that can be efficiently identified, understood and communicated then transformed into an innovative value proposal that achieves positive acceptance and exceeds both Qingdao and Headquarters’expectations. This is followed by continued service and nurturing of customers.
2. Establish long term opportunities for developing, designing and quoting new and existing projects at current and potential new customers including OEM, tier one and tier two customers.
3. From time to time production, delivery and quality issues will have to be worked on and dealt with in a timely and efficient manner. Sales manager will efficiently communicate solutions and act as liaison between customer and the producing plant.
4.Sales Manager will understand the requirements through communications with ’s General Manager and Director of Sales in Headquarter for selling cables and be able to negotiate firmly yet fairly with ’s current and potential customers.
5. Sales Manager will obtain general knowledge of China competitors and their relative capabilities.
6. Sales Manager will participate in the creation as well as meet or exceed’s sales and marketing annual sales plan when established and available.
7. Sales Manager will set up and provide sales reporting to Qingdao and Headquarter. Participate in regular teleconferences with Qingdao and Headquarter.
8. Responsible for the management and direction of all field sales and account managers. Provides direction, counsel and guidance.
Requirements:
1.3-5 years experience of sales management to forklift industry or
Wind power industry
2. Familiar with auto mobile parts market. 3. Background in foreign enterprise. 4. Fluent English in listening and speaking. |
