PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1．Responsible for daily supervision, monitoring of daily examination and maintenance
(equipments, water, electricity and gas) to ensure compliance with work package,
safety, quality, and environmental requirements.
2．Compile plant equipment operation regulations to assure reliable and safe equipment
maintenance.
3．Develop and implement preventative maintenance/predictive maintenance program
to improve equipment availability and performance.
4．Collect equipment information and be responsible for key maintenance
measurements and results as well as the calibration and storage of instrument test.
5. Compile and manage equipment record and archive.
6．Manage and coach maintenance team to ensure personnel are knowledgeable of
and in compliance with applicable Standards and Procedure.
7. Providing and managing the maintenance requirements of the plant including short
and long term planning.
8. Responsible for Performance Management within maintenance

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES

1．BS in Engineering with 8-10 years relevant experience.
2．Three to five year’s supervisory/managerial experience in equipment maintenance
management with a mechanical fabrication company.
3．Be familiar with cutting machine, hydraulic machine, forging machine, crane, and
Kinetic energy machine and with demonstrated technical knowledge of industrial
equipment maintenance.
4．Good command of State, and Local regulations and standards of industrial
equipment maintenance.
5．Proven ability to manage a variety of complex projects with conflicting priorities while
controlling costs and assuring quality.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal.
7．Strong computer and English skills, with good leadership.
Can work proactively and with flexible schedule and with good EHS sense.

8. Requires regular travel mainly within and occasionally outside China.

1.8-10年的相关工作经验，理科专业本科学历。

2、三至五年的机械行业设备维修管理经验。

3、熟悉切割机，液压机，锻压机，起重机，动力设备和工业企业行业设备的维修。

4、熟悉相关国家和地方法律法规和行业标准，在各种复杂的项目中控制成本，保证质量。

5、良好的人际关系和沟通技巧，包括书面和口头。

6、计算机和英语能力强，能够运用英语进行口头和书面的交流。具有良好的领导能力。

7、工作积极，具有灵活的时间表，有良好的EHS理念和意识。
