Marketing Assistant

Working Hour: 8:30am to 5:30pm

Location: Room 1203, Building 2, Ginza Crystal International, No.66 Shunhe East Street, Jinan

Compensation: Basic Salary and Variable Bonus

Be responsible to assist marketing development and business negotiation.

Conduct customer maintenance, administration.

Job Description

1.  Marketing Development

1.1  Received telephone calls and record customer calls politely and accurately.

1.2  Information collecting, market analysis on industrial for searching potential clients.

1.3  Collect and screening recruitment information for further communication.

1.4  Conduct phone calls to find potential clients.

1.5  Collate market and candidate information via telephone and internet in order to deliver to

clients specifications.

1.6  Assist manager to visit client for get more information.

1.7  Customer maintenance: keep close relationship with clients.

2.  Candidate Research

2.1  Conduct searching database to prospect candidates for specific client assignments.

2.2  Support the Manager for communication with client during the service processing.

3.  Other administration works.

Requirements

1.   Fluent in English and Mandarin.

2.   At least one year experience in sales or marketing field.

3.   Computer literate and familiar with the use MS Office which includes Excel, Word, Power Point, Access and e-mail programs.

4.   Familiar with the use of internet browsers like Netscape or Internet Explorer.

5.   Excellent communication skills with a friendly telephone manner.

6.   Independent and team-working attitude with a passion for success.

7.   Professional presentation style in front of corporate clients.
